What is your "Our Fit Guarantee"?

  • Our Fit Guarantee applies exclusively to our apparel and footwear. If your product does not fit the way that you want, simply set up an exchange, and we will cover the cost of both the return shipping back to us and the shipping on your new replacement order.
  • To begin your exchange for a different size, simply place a new order. If you purchased an item on sale and that sale has ended or your correct size is out of stock, please contact us, and we'll be glad to assist you further! Once your new order has been placed, a return will need to be set up for the item that doesn't fit. For a short time, you will have two charges on your credit card or PayPal account. Once we receive and process your return, you will receive a credit.

It says "Free shipping and free returns". Is that on everything?

  • Our Fit Guarantee only applies to apparel and footwear, and the rules of the Fit Guarantee must be met.
  • Rules of the Fit Guarantee
    • Offer only applies to shipping within the continental United States.
    • All items must be in new/unused condition with all tags attached.
    • The item(s) need to be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
